AudioScience is pleased to announce the introduction of a new customer support portal to assist you. With this portal you will be able to create tickets to send to support, search for solutions to issues we've documented and if you elect to create an account, track existing tickets past or present.

The AudioScience Customer Support Portal consists of 3 main sections.


1. Home. The default page that will show the Search bar, ticket options, our contact info and the Knowledge base.


2. Solutions. Focuses on the Knowledge base for solutions to known issues, technical notes, installation advice and more.


3. Tickets. This is your main portal to our ticketing system. You have to be logged in for this option to appear.

If you would like to be able to track tickets using the portal or search your previous tickets, you can sign up for an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button in the top right. You do not need an account to submit a ticket, just if you would like to track your tickets directly on the portal instead of through email.
